Hinter homefilms stehe ich, Dominik Brenzel, als Gründer & Content Director.
Mit über acht Jahren Erfahrung als Fotograf, Videograf & Content Creator beschloss ich im Frühling 2022, die Videoproduktion und meine Leidenschaft für Immobilien zu verbinden und mich mit homefilms selbstständig zu machen.
Seit her habe ich es mir zur Aufgabe gemacht, die Immobilienvermittlung in Deutschland auf ein neues Level zu heben.

Seit wann gibt es homefilms?
2022 gründete Dominik Brenzel das heutige homefilms (damals noch immofilms). Damit war homefilms mit die erste Videoagentur in Deutschland, die sich konsequent und ausschließlich auf die Immobilienbranche spezialisiert hat.
Was unterscheidet uns von der Konkurrenz?
Wir haben früh verstanden, dass es in der Immobilienvermarktung viel mehr um das Vermitteln von Emotionen geht, anstatt dem klassischen Verkaufen von vier Wänden.
Daher haben wir unsere Videoproduktion darauf ausgelegt, Immobilien so filmisch festzuhalten, dass Sie bei dem Zuschauenden das Gefühl eines Zuhauses und somit Verlangen wecken. Diese Ansicht hat sich seit her als sehr effektiv bewiesen, weshalb wir auch heute noch fest daran festhalten.

Behind homefilms I, Dominik Brenzel, stand as founder & content director.
With over eight years of experience as a photographer, videographer & content creator, I decided in the spring of 2022 to combine video production and my passion for real estate and to become self-employed with homefilms. Since then, I have specialized in high-quality real estate videos and have made it my mission to raise real estate brokerage in Germany to a new level.

How long has homefilms been around?
In 2022, Dominik Brenzel founded today's homefilms (at that time still immofilms). This made homefilms the first video agency in Germany to consistently and exclusively specialize in the real estate industry.
What makes us different from the competition?
We understood early on that real estate marketing is much more about conveying emotions than the classic selling of four walls.
Therefore, we have designed our video production to capture real estate in such a cinematic way that it awakens the feeling of home and thus desire in the viewer.
